The ballot for the London Marathon opens on 20 April and closes on 26 April.
If you are lucky enough to secure a place through the ballot, why not join ‘Team Freddie’ and run for Freddie Farmer Foundation, a registered charity that provides high quality specialised physiotherapy and support services for children with cerebral palsy and mobility problems, as well as providing support for their families and carers.
There is no minimum fundraising amount for own place runners plus all our runners get a Freddie Farmer Foundation t-shirt and of course, our support in the lead up to the big day.
The London Marathon has become one of the most popular marathons in the world. The route takes in many of London’s best landmarks including Buckingham Palace, The Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf.
What is the TCS London Marathon Ballot?
The TCS London Marathon Ballot is like The National Lottery – you enter the public ballot, and the winners will be drawn at random. Everyone has the same chance – it is down to the luck of the draw! If you are successful, you will be allocated a place in the next TCS London Marathon. The results of the 2025 TCS London Marathon Ballot will be emailed to all entrants in July.
