On Sunday 21st July, 10 Freddie Farmer Foundation supporters, friends and family will run the ASICS London 10K, (formerly known as the British 10K).
This is a great achievement to have so many people running at the same time to support our work, supporting disabled children in Bromley, and beyond!
The route will take runners past some of London’s top landmarks, as well as down Regent Street, the Strand and Embankment.

Where the money goes

All donations large or small are appreciated.
