The Freddie Farmer Foundation has 5 guaranteed charity running places available for ASICS London 10K, the summer’s greatest celebration of running.

It all takes place on Sunday 10 July with entertainment and iconic landmarks on course.

The route will take runners past central London’s world-famous historic and iconic landmarks including Big Ben, The London Eye, and The River Thames.

Runners will be raising funds for the Freddie Farmer Foundation, a charity that provides high-quality specialised physiotherapy and support services for children with cerebral palsy and mobility problems, as well as providing support for their families and carers.
