Freddie Farmer, a disabled childrens charity in Bromley, has joined the Disabled Children's Partnership

Freddie Farmer Foundation Joins The Disabled Children’s Partnership (DCP)

Freddie Farmer Foundation is a proud supporting member of the DCP.

The Disabled Children’s Partnership (DCP) is a major coalition of more than 100 organisations, supported by a network of thousands of parent carers and allies, who campaign for improved health and social care for disabled children, young people and their families.

As a supporter, Freddie Farmer Foundation will be able to act as a sounding board for the Steering Group, giving consideration to ideas-in-progress to assist in the development of the DCP’s campaigns.

This is another exciting opportunity for the Bromley based charity and offers the opportunity to test elements of the campaigns with our networks of disabled children and families with whom we are in touch, as well as potential future collaborations.

You can find out more about the DCP on their website – Disabled Children’s Partnership.
