Charity Ball Grand Total Revealed

Saturday’s fundraising dinner at Oakley House in Bromley has raised £11,894 for the Freddie Farmer Foundation.

The annual Charity Ball on Saturday 29th April was attended by 184 people making it the biggest event of its kind for the Foundation.

As well as the £11,894 raised from the event, an additional £10,000 was gifted to the charity from a generous supporter.

There was live music from Beatles tribute band, Imagine…The Beatles and from singer songwriter Andy Robinson, plus a raffle, auction and dancing, and it was attended by special guest Peter McGowran MVO, Chief Yeoman Warder at the Tower Of London, and his wife Deb.

“We couldn’t have wished for a better night,” said Charity Centre Manager Karen Smith.

“We’ve had lots of positive feedback, everyone really enjoyed themselves.”
