The Freddie Farmer Foundation has 10 guaranteed charity running places available for The British 10k, the UK's most prestigious 10K road race.
It all takes place on Sunday 21st July in a race along London's most iconic landmarks and a British street party, with a twist.
The route will take runners past central London's world famous historic and iconic landmarks including Embankment, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Westminster Abbey.
Runners will be raising funds for the Freddie Farmer Foundation, a charity that provides high quality specialised physiotherapy and support services for children with cerebral palsy and mobility problems, as well as providing support for their families and carers.
